Ellise joined HIREPOINT in November 2008 as the Vice President for Operations. Ms. Cezar has 5 years of operations and training experience in the Call Center Industry.

Prior to joining HIREPOINT, she was a Call Center Trainer specializing in Voice and Accent training, American Culture and Geography, Basic Customer Skills Training and Basic Computer Skills training.

She also developed and enhanced different modules of American Speech Practices to cater to the needs of Filipino audience thus making it easier to understand the American way of speaking.

As a result of these remarkable efforts , she envisioned herself putting up her own training center making her way to HIREPOINT Corporation.

Ms. Cezar earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications Degree from St. Theresa's College, Cebu City.
