Call Center Industries hires employee who makes and receive international calls. Although most Filipinos are familiar with the English language, there are several pronunciation deficiencies that need to be corrected. The initial challenge before a Filipino agent could be effective in telemarketing or in servicing customers would be having the foreign customers understand them. There is a need to focus on the pronunciation, blending, stressing, and intonation. Once the agent becomes comfortable in speaking the language and improves their listening and grammar skills, their confidence will easily follow. When the agent is able to communicate well, they will eventually be able to apply constructive techniques to use in selling and servicing customer.
