AMERICAN CULTURE AND GEOGRAPHY
Call Center Industries has a number of agents making and receiving calls to and from the United States. It is important that the agents be familiar with US geography, time zones, holidays, and other cultural information for them to be more effective when dealing with American customers. Such information provides a mean to establish rapport and also gives American customers a sense of trust and security being able to communicate with local agents who are familiar with the “American way of life.”
