It is now accepting apllicants for the 100 hour finishing course for Call Center Agent and English Proficiency training.

Click on this picture to see the video of Melvin Joseph R. Bituin teaching. He is the main Instructor for the three classes.  Melvin (his nickname) is from 639 Agudo St., Caloocan City .

His Degree course is  Business Management from De La Salle University of St. Benilde Taft Ave., Manila  

He has many work experience in many Call Centers such as CustomerService Representative of Vision-X Inc.Makati City; Chat Operator of  Billboard Text Inc.,San Juan , Manila ; Product Specific Trainer of Sykes Asia Inc.,Makati City ; Technical Support Representative of Sykes Asia Inc.,Makati City; Inbound sales Repreentative of People Support Inc.,Makati City He has been in Call Centers for the last 8 years.

Click on this picture to see the video of Genevive S. Tan teaching.  She is the assistant instructor for the Morning Class. Gen (her nickname) is residing at Waling St. New Frontier Court Subd., Bayug, Iligan City.

She graduated at Mindanao State University – IIT Iligan City with a Bachelors Degree Major in English.
 
She had been teaching different English subjects such as word Literature, Oral Communication, Remedial English, Writing in the Discipline, Research Method, etc. Also, she taught before at Majuro, Republic of Marshall Islands (U.S. Territory between Guam and Hawaii)

Her Degree Course  is BS Psychology from  Philippine Christian University. She has  work experience in many Call Centers as a  Customer Service Representatives, such as  Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. (Makati, Manila);  Pacific Hub Corporation (Ortigas, Manila) ; Sutherland Global Services (Davao City)

Her Degree Course is AB Sociology from Mindanao State University - IIT Iligan City.

She has work experience in many Call Center such as Tech.Support Representative (Qualfone - Cebu); Account Manager (Etelcare Global Solutions - Cebu); She also worked as a Licensed Career Agent for Coco Life Insurance Company.She also teached  Sociology and Anthropology at Mindanao Santarium Hospital College.
